Abstract


Economic growth and income distribution problem is a global issue in economics . Throughout the course of world economic growth , growth is often associated with the distribution of income , economic growth has brought different levels of inequality in income , while the gap in income distribution also affect economic growth. Country since 1949 to develop the economy , especially the reform and opening up three decades , economic growth has made tremendous progress, but also accompanied by high growth of income inequality expanded distribution inequality has increased . Therefore, in the study on China's economic growth must be accompanied by a profound understanding of the distribution of income disparity on economic growth . This collection , collation and abroad in recent years a major gap in income distribution related literature , summarize previous study used data characteristics, research methods and results, using a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, the current Chinese residents' income gap from a national , urban and rural , between regions, between rural interior , internal , multi-layered urban , with specific figures illustrate income Gap in China Current Situation and trends , multi-faceted analysis of the income Gap in China and its impact on economic growth role mechanism . By study concluded : reasonable income gap can stimulate economic growth, however, the income gap is too large will affect aggregate demand , capital accumulation, investment in human capital , and other aspects of social stability , and thus to sustainable economic adversely affect growth . This paper consists of four parts : The first part is an introduction of the problem and introduces research ideas and research methods. The second part of the income distribution and growth of economic theory to explain the definition of related concepts , income distribution and economic growth theory, and economic growth in recent years about the relationship between income inequality and new research developments . The third part is the focus of this paper to analyze the distribution of income in China's economic development situation , from the analysis of various aspects of income inequality to economic growth. The fourth part is the conclusions of this paper are summarized herein conclusions and future research prospects .
