Abstract


Benefiting from China's western development and international energy prices rise Metal Resources , Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in recent years, economic growth has been in the country. However, this economic growth is also very serious problem . These problems manifested as light and heavy industrial imbalance, development of light industry lags behind, affecting the development of the tertiary industry ; slow upgrading of industrial structure , industrial products , mostly raw materials and intermediate products , final products less ; product market, mainly for the domestic market , the export products less ; leading industries is high energy , electricity, coal , metallurgy, agriculture and animal husbandry . These industries downstream processing enterprises small, low value -added products ; industrial development exist \situation, their economic growth increasing pressure ; many industries is the national macro-control of the industry, so that industrial development has insufficient ; both areas of serious water shortage , but its leading industry and a lot of products are mostly water , water constraints contradiction. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable economic development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region , Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as soon as possible upgrading of industrial structure is currently a very urgent task. This paper describes and analyzes the economic development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and industrial structure adjustment of the history and current situation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region industrial structure problems in-depth analysis ; identification based on Industrial Structure Evolution theory Mongolia stage of development of the industrial structure and predict its future trends in leading industries of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to determine the empirical analysis ; on this basis, creatively put forward the upgrading of industrial structure corresponds to the realization of the path , from the resource , enterprises, government -related entities to start three proposed resource-based , enterprises as the mainstay , supplemented by government-led industrial structure upgrade path to achieve the three paths. Finally, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region put forward targeted upgrading of industrial structure implementation mechanism . Inner Mongolia is still in the early stages of industrialization , so the focus of this study focuses on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region industrial upgrading of industrial structure .
