Abstract

Corn starch sugar slag is a byproduct of corn sugar industry , rich in nutrients, but not reasonable and effective use of this resource in our country has been . Bring the deepening of the negative effects of intensified and understanding of probiotics along with antibiotics , lactobacillus as antibacterial products following antibiotic after another concern , but the high cost of lactic acid bacteria culture . Papers to the high value of the sugar residue above phenomenon , and our number of viable cells of probiotics , not high , aiming around the corn starch sugar residue to produce functional lactic acid bacteria live bacteria feed new technology to expand the research : experimental screening Lactobacillus rhamnosus bacteria lactobacillus production . Liquid batch fermentation of Lactobacillus rhamnosus , to optimize the culture conditions : seed age 10-12 h , inoculum size 10 % ( v / v ) , initial pH 6.5 , and then by the single factor combined with response surface experiment optimized medium to obtain a new medium recipe , the following composition (g / L): the sugar residue 100 , peptone 8.8, MgSO40.42 , MnSO40.05 , CaCO310 . Under this condition , the number of viable cells of Lactobacillus rhamnosus per unit volume is increased to by 4.1 × 108CFU/mL , 10.8 × 108CFU/mL, increased by 160% , to achieve lactic acid bacteria play a beneficial effect the required cell density . On the basis of batch culture by feeding further enhance the number of viable cells per unit volume , while improving the strength of lactobacillus production . The experiment first optimize the feed medium , feed medium (g / L): the sugar residue 250 , peptone 16 MgSO40.84 , MnSO40.1 , CaCO320 . Then discuss the feeding process , process parameters : each fill quantity for the original fermentation broth 1 / 2 , feeding intervals for 16 h. Of the Lactobacillus rhamnosus solid fermented corn starch sugar the slag preparation of biological fungus feed study compared adding bran, sugar residue and not add bran, sugar residue two medium proliferation of Lactobacillus rhamnosus to determine the solid-state fermentation medium of the material composition of the sugar residue : wheat bran was 7:3 , the optimum conditions optimized : 1% of the amount of peptone added ; initial moisture content of 65% ; loading capacity of 60 g/250 mL; inoculum size 18 % ( v / m ) . Under this condition , the number of viable cells of Lactobacillus rhamnosus up to 11 × 108CFU / g material dry .
