Abstract

[Objective] This paper aims to study two probiotic Bacillus were made of probiotics added in the feed on growth, immune function, digestive enzyme activity and intestinal flora structure. [Method] With the 100-the birds 7-day-old Avian broiler randomized to the control group, antibiotic group, mannan group, Pab02 group and PAS38 groups of 20. Blank control group was fed the basal diet, antibiotics control group was fed the basal diet based on adding 0.1% neomycin sulfate, mannan control group was fed the basal diet based on adding 0.2% mannan preparation Pab02 group and PAS38 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% Bacillus subtilis the Pa02 preparations 0.1% subtilis Bacillus PAS38 preparations, feed the bacterial content of both 1 × 106 cfu / g, 8, 21-day-old immunization with Newcastle disease vaccine , where n = 10 for the whole term growth was observed performance. Chicks fed to 4, 6 weeks old, were randomly selected five wings vein blood 5ml, then were sacrificed, the removal of the spleen, and both sides of the thymus, bursa of Fabricius, jejunum, ileum, serum hemagglutination inhibition of Newcastle disease antibody titer immune organ coefficient and the jejunum and ileum activities of digestive enzymes. By viable count day 2,4,6 number of intestinal flora and the use of PCR-DGGE technical analysis of the structural diversity of the intestinal flora. [Results] 1. Bacillus broilers final weight, a net increase of weight, the daily average weight was significantly higher than the control group and mannan group (P lt; 0.01), antibiotic control group was significantly higher than the control group ( P lt; 0.01) and significantly higher than mannan group (P lt; 0.05), mannan group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). The feeding of each experimental group to improve the rate of weight gain are the highest in 17 to 28 days, which is the most obvious, to improve the rate of weight gain to Pab02 group PAS38 group followed. Early feeding probiotics on broiler feed to improve the role of better antibiotics, but in the late of probiotics Pab02 and PAS38 to reduce material weight than good, which probiotics PAS38 group in 3,4-week-old broiler and 5,6-week-old age during the highest rate of improvement of the feed conversion ratio. 2 weeks 4,6, probiotics Pab02 group and PAS38 group than in the control group of the thymus, spleen and thymus index were improved to varying degrees, in addition to 4 weeks of age, spleen index of Pab02 group than the control group The increase is not obvious, 4,6 weeks probiotics group immune organ index than the control group increased significantly (P lt; 0.05) or highly significant (P lt; 0.01). Probiotics Newcastle disease virus antibody titers 4 weeks and 6 weeks of age than those in the control group, antibiotic group and mannan group. Compared with the control group, the PAS38 group at 4 weeks of age, Pab02 group at 6 weeks of age, a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). 3 compared with the control group, Pab02 group and PAS38 group in 4,6 weeks of age can significantly (P lt; 0.05) or highly significant (P lt; 0.01) to improve broiler jejunum and ileum and intestinal starch enzyme activity and jejunum, ileum protease activity. Antibiotic group in 4,6 weeks old broiler amylase activity, but decreased the jejunum and ileum protease activity. The mannan groups can be improved to a certain extent its amylase activity and significantly increased protease activity (P lt; 0.01) 6 weeks of age when the ileum. 4. Of probiotics Pab02 and the number of PAS38 at 2,4,6 weeks of age were able to promote the jejunum, ileum, cecum Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium and other beneficial bacteria growth, inhibit the propagation of E. coli, and reduce aerobic and so on. Intestinal Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium regulatory role from the preceding intestinal tract after intestinal increasing trend; 4,6 weeks of age compared with the control group significantly (P lt; 0.05) or highly significant (P lt ; 0.01) increased Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium number of better than 2-week-old role in the regulation of intestinal flora. Broiler at 4 weeks of age, group Pab02 PAS38 intestinal strip number than the control group were improved, characteristic bands appear in the spectrum, but the small number; 6 weeks of age, with the blank control group compared duodenum of the Pab02 group, jejunum number of bands increased significantly (P lt; 0.05), the the cecal flora number of bands was significantly increased (P lt; 0.01). The PAS38 group of the duodenal flora bands increased significantly (P lt; 0.05), jejunum and cecum and a significant increase (P lt; 0.01); compared with 4 weeks of age, 6-week-old chicks intestinal flora bands density decreases, but the high abundance of number of bands characteristic bands increase. 6 weeks old, each group the highest similarity over 4 weeks are increased, the tendency to improve the stability of each group intestinal microflora; each group between the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and cecum flora The similarity in structure 4 weeks to 6 weeks of age showed a downward trend. [Conclusion] The results showed of probiotics Pab02 and PAS38 added continuously fed broiler feed can improve the broiler immune function and small intestine digestion enzyme activity, can contribute to Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium bacteria growth inhibition of E. coli and the propagation of aerobic bacteria, gut microflora Department played a favorable role in the regulation, thus contributing to the growth of broiler chickens fed during its effects can replace antibiotic additives.
