Abstract

The study by many experiments and analysis of influencing factors of Ashkenazi Simmental donor superovulation and receptor transplant effect, trying to establish an efficient Ashkenazi Simmental superovulation program and a set of improve receptor cattle transplant The pregnancy rate of the system. Ashkenazi Simmental embryo production factors experiment affect the experimental comparative analysis of 75 Ashkenazi Simmental embryo production test results show that: the natural estrus, PG, implanted CIDR the same period on the donor cow super row treatment, the average number of available embryos were 8.64 ± 0.99,7.25 ± 0.95,3.20 ± 0.73, natural estrus and PG difference not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), and implanted the CIDR with natural estrus PG significant difference (P lt ; 0.05); spring, summer, autumn, winter group average useful life of the embryo differences not significant (P gt; 0.05), available embryos winter than other seasons, winter and summer, available embryo rate and B grade embryos aspects differences significant with (P lt; 0.05); Biaoqing moderate and above the with Biaoqing under such as the relatively available embryos differences are not significant with (P gt; 0.05), but Biaoqing moderate and above the average of available embryos number than Biaoqing under such as the high 2.85 gold; superovulated ovary only luteal luteal follicles simultaneously exist the cow average available embryos differences are not significant (P gt; 0.05), ovary only luteal existence of than luteal follicles simultaneously exist the average available embryo number to be high 3.09 The the experiment two embryos factors comparative analysis of embryo transfer embryo transfer, in order to explore the embryonic factors transplant experiment on 239 Holstein cattle. The results show that: the difference in the pregnancy rate between the frozen embryos and fresh embryos was significantly (P lt; 0.05), fresh embryo transfer pregnancy rates than frozen embryo 18.72%; different embryonic embryonic pregnancy rate between the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), but the compact morula transplant pregnancy rate was 64.94%, higher than the early blastocyst and blastocyst the lowest blastocyst transfer pregnancy rate 50.00%; between different embryonic level A-level grade C embryo transfer pregnancy rate was significantly different (P lt ; 0.05), A level higher than Grade C 33.99%, B-class and A-class, C-class compare the differences were not significant (P gt; 0.05). The experimental three receptors factor in comparative analysis of embryo transfer in order to to explore receptor cattle of embryo transfer, the experimental transplant recipients, a total of 239. Experimental results show that: the receptor on bovine ovarian luteal diameter size different embryonic pregnancy rate had no significant impact (P gt; 0.05), but the corpus luteum ≥ 1.0cm in diameter than lt; 1.0cm pregnancy rate is 10.98% higher; embryo transplant the left or right side of the pregnancy rate difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), the transplant right side than the transplantation of the left pregnancy rate of 11.60%. Experiment four seasons, the comparison of rearing methods of embryo transfer in order to explore the impact of the the Transfer Season of embryo transfer, in this experimental transplant recipients 239, the experimental results show that: Transfer Season embryo transfer difference was not significant ( P gt; 0.05), but spring and autumn pregnancy rate higher than in summer and winter, winter minimum 45.56%. In order to investigate the impact of rearing methods of embryo transfer, the experimental transplant recipients, a total of 75. Experimental results show that: the different rearing methods of embryo transfer pregnancy rate difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), stabling pregnancy rate than grazing transplant pregnancy rate of 21.9%. Compare this experimental transplant of two operating officer experiment five technical level of the operator of the embryo transfer 92 receptor cattle for statistical analysis. The results show that: the technical level of the operating personnel embryo transfer the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), but the operator of the high level of technology than the low level of technology operator pregnancy rate is higher by 8.4%.
