Abstract


Future agricultural development should be in the new wave of technological revolution in agriculture , high-tech industrialization of agriculture take the road of development . As an international metropolis , Shanghai must be based on its agricultural economy based on full use of their economic, human resources, technology , finance, focus on strengths , in the context of sustainable development of urban agriculture , select high- tech key agricultural advantageous to form new economy of the agricultural industry , the first in the country out of a high-tech industrialization of agriculture development and the transformation of traditional agriculture economy in new ways. This paper first analyzes the basic trend of agricultural high-tech development , discussed theoretically high-tech industrialization of agriculture connotation, characteristics and achieve the necessary conditions. Analysis of Shanghai Agricultural High-tech industrial development of the specific situation, a more detailed analysis of the Shanghai Agricultural High-tech industrial development constraints , according to the objectives of sustainable agriculture agricultural high-tech industrialization choice theory, the 21st century Shanghai Agricultural High-tech industrialization projects, the focus of the direction of selection , combined with the actual situation of agricultural development in Shanghai to study the agricultural high-tech industrial development in Shanghai rational model, in arriving at the 21st century Shanghai agricultural High-tech industrial development theoretical framework , based on the scientific management of modern agriculture, from the standpoint of the 21st century Shanghai agricultural High-tech industrial development programs and countermeasures operability recommendations.
