In this paper, bio-pot experiment, effects of rare earth elements on the growth of rice and choice of four different types of soil in order to indicate ryegrass crop research effective state of rare earth chemical and biological effectiveness of the relationship between the application and the different soil maximum concentration of rare earth and other issues. This will reveal the scientific point of view from the environment of rare earth elements into farmland ecological system migration, transformation and accumulation of the law, in order to prevent contamination of rare earth elements and rare earth agricultural ecological environment provides a strong scientific basis. Pot experiment results showed that soil application of rare earth in a certain concentration range has a role in promoting plant growth, high concentrations inhibit plant growth and development. Growth response curve due to soil type, plant type, plant growth stage, the body parts of different plants have significant differences. No additional rare conditions, the growth in the same type of soil (yellow-brown) on different plants similar to the body of rare earth concentration, growth in the four types of soil on the same plant species (ryegrass), the in vivo concentration varies greatly. Increased with the applied concentration of rare earth, rare earth content increased belowground plant is most evident in the increase in different types of soil in varying degrees. Rare plants absorbed mainly accumulated in the underground. Rare plants grow normally in vivo concentration varies significantly due to differences in soil type, ryegrass yellow-brown for the 127.10μg / g, Huang Chao soil is 10.82μg / g, chernozem for the 13.46μg / g, red soil is 232.62 μg / g, yellow brown on rice plants was 173.20μg / g. Plants is much greater than the concentration of light rare earth elements in vivo concentration of heavy rare earth elements. In the process of migrating to shoot in the migration ability of heavy rare earth elements in light rare earth elements. Through the analysis of the single elements, rare earth elements found in the soil in the effective process of each single element will produce differentiation of the plants from the soil to absorb and transfer to the shoots of the rare earth elements in the process will produce a single element fractionation phenomena. In this experiment, 1mol / L NH 4 NO 3 (pH 7.0) in acidic, neutral and calcareous soils used in determining the chemical state of the soil rare earth extraction agent effective , were given four kinds of soil suitable for the growth of ryegrass plants effective state of extreme concentration of rare earths: yellow brown 1.418μg / g, Huang Chao soil 0.249μg / g, small chernozem 0.160μg / g, red 75.494μg / g; yellow-brown soil on earth suitable for rice growing states limit the effective concentration of 7.786μg / g.
