60 Dorset (♂) × (♀) hybrid generation of Tibetan sheep lamb (4 to 4.5 months), according to the homogeneity principle divided into five test groups, 12 in each group (six lambs and six Jie Gao ), each for a repeat. Which tests 1, 2, 3, 4, treated with 2 × 2 × 2 three-factor design, in order to study in the same level of nutrition and the same type of diet, change the part of the energy feeding (A factor) and protein the fodder (B factor) feeding effect of feeding lambs and Jie Gao (C factor). Alternative test a group of formula N-hydroxymethyl methionine calcium diet moderate proportion of cottonseed meal, consisting test 5 group diet, to study the N-hydroxymethyl methionine calcium rumen and nutritional effects on lamb. The test results show that: (1) all test treatment group have higher production performance, slaughter live weight of about 43 ~ 44kg times for 0.238,0.256,0.266,0.245,0.247 kg / d daily gain according to the group, and are close to or more than the same levels of nutrition the NRC standards recommended value (0.250kg / d). (2) A, B factors and their interactions on the lambs feed intake, daily gain and feed conversion ratio are not significant (P> 0.05); (A2B1) and group 2 (A1B2) daily weight preferably trend. (3) A, B factors and their interactions on nitrogen retention rate and energy metabolism rate in each treatment group were not significant (P> 0.05). (4) A, B factor most of the time rumen fluid pH impact is not significant (P> 0.05), one hour after each group of lambs feed rumen pH that is slightly acidic, feed back up to five hours after weak base , reflect the characteristics of the concentrate-based diets, and every four hours feeding time rationality. (5) A, B factor in some periods of the rumen fluid ammonia concentration was significantly (P <0.05). Usually 1 to 1.5 hours after feeding rumen fluid ammonia concentration peak the contrary, the test group of lambs feed after one hour in rumen ammonia significantly decreased feed back up to eight hours after intake level before. (6) The combination of four kinds of diets of lambs slaughtered scores for each treatment group was not significant (P> 0.05). A2 (beet pulp) factor of lamb carcass quality is better than the trend of the A1 (wheat) factor. (7) the lambs feed intake, daily gain and feed conversion ratio were extremely significantly higher than the Jie Gao (P <0.01), but the rate of energy metabolism and nitrogen retention in the latter difference was not significant (P> 0.05 ), indicating that the lambs than Jie lamb daily gain high, largely due to high feed intake lambs. (8) The test group 1 and 5 production performance and the rate of energy metabolism, nitrogen retention rate differences are not significant (P> 0.05), but there are 5 fat deposition above trend.
