Abstract

Objective: 1. Research dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve card pressure caused the wrist ulnar pain mechanism . Explore the diagnosis and treatment of ulnar nerve dorsal branch of entrapment disorder . Methods : 40 the side adult cadavers forearm and wrists gross anatomy and microscopic anatomy , research ulnar nerve dorsal branch , observing a go of the branch line branch dominated region , observed passive activities wrist dorsal branch of each final last count . In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 13 cases of dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve entrapment cases for analysis. Results: ulnar nerve dorsal branch of the deep self feet the ulnar styloid nearly 5.6 ~ 6.8CM at the deep surface of the flexor carpi ulnaris nerve trunk issue, then walk the line below the oblique wear off carpi flexor tendon , close to the head of the ulna The ulnar and turned to the back of the hand . Dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve in the ulnar bone level is divided into 2 to 3 large branch , each able to find the terminal branches into the bone joints and ligaments . The wrist activity caused ulna relative position changes , easily causing traction dorsal branch , especially the transverse branch of obvious . Clinical findings in patients suffering from the disease of foot bones remote or side edge of a significantly limited tender points around the local changes in skin sensation . 13 cases , seven cases bureaux closure , six surgeries , nine patients were followed up for 4 months to 1 year, no recurrence . Conclusion: when repeated flexion and extension of the wrist , the ulnar nerve dorsal branch of traction and compression caused anatomical basis of the ulnar nerve dorsal branch entrapment syndrome , transverse branch of entrapment is likely to be the main cause wrist ulnar pain . Clinical cases of wrist ulnar pain and skin sensory changes ulnar nerve should consider the possibility of slightly branched entrapment .
