Abstract

In the long-term chronic hepatitis B virus infection associated with hepatocellular carcinoma , has a close relationship ; hepatitis B virus surface antigen and the occurrence of liver cancer and liver cancer may be promoted through the activation of TGF - alpha genes and other transcription factors , promoter mechanism cell proliferation , inhibition of apoptosis of hepatoma cells ; immunization against hepatitis B surface antigen can achieve the inhibition of the growth of hepatoma . Prepared using genetic engineering techniques anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody Fab fragment expression and the expression of HBsAg two human hepatoma cell line HepG2.2.15 cells and HepG2 cells by soft agar colony formation assay and MTT assay the test results can be found anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody Fab fragment expression HBsAg HepG2.2.15 cell growth inhibition , and can increase the effect of this inhibition with IL-2 or alpha - IFN common role .
