Abstract


The 01ympic movement is the greatest sport phenomenon inhuman history. Track and field movement a1so has greatinf1uence on human society anong many sport items. In thisthesis, We discuss the dia1ectica1 re1ation between The01ympic moyement and track and fie1d of inf1uencing eachother and affecting each other during their deve1opment.The re1ation is, The 01yIIlPic amvement great1y urge thedeve1opment of track and fie1d, Track and fie1d is thefoundation of the 0lympic movement, It a1so urge thedeve1opment of The 01yIDPic moyement. From this conc1usion,We know the direction of future deve1opment of track andfie1d. That is, track and fie1d shou1d .try their best towork for the deve1opWent of the 01ympic movement, for, itis for its se1f’s deve1opment.
