Abstract


Human beings have been benifited by the development of modern S&T. And the life of people and the face of world have been changed entirely. But Today抯 world is confronting a series of global crisis, such as energy crisis , environmental pollution, food shortage , nuclear war and so on . These compel us to think over more care fully the past rational of S&T ,and the negative effect of it evolutionary mode to find more urgently new way for the future S&T. The development of today抯 S&T are staying in a great historic turning point.In this historical backgrand it is well worth discussing that the development of modern S&T make appearance some signs. They differentiate from tradition but are in tune with Chinese traditional thought. In the wester countries where the S&.T is flourishing people begin to find good ideas of enlightenment for the building new S&.T outlook from the ancient Eastern ideological form which have been ignored over a long period of time . This wrges us to probe into the connotation of Chinese traditional ideological form with an active and prudent policy and it抯 significance to the development of modern and future S&T.History has show us that S&T and thought and culture offect mutually and contact each ather. The mode of thinking that realize world in world has held sway on more than 2000 years?Chinese culture. The mode of thinking stress strugging that all things incosmos are in organic natural concordance, living and synthetical whole and then proceed to regard all the development in cosmos , life or natural world and human society as mutual connections and the mode of thinking that realizes world out of the world plays a leading role in history. In this way, after the Renaissance they began their great social and scientific practice and successfully created modern civilization after hard struggle with nature But meanwhile nature gives them back retaliatory strike . They began to find ways to protect nature and save human beings ,to build new value outlook ,new S&T outlook and new methodology. So they pay attontion to Confucianism and intent to find help.Then,how to realize tradition al S&.T dialectically and wholly? What抯 the basic prcmise of the development of future S&T? How to reuild future S&.T outlook? Which idea can get from Confucianism? What are the necessity and probality of facilitate the flow between Confucianism and the future S&T? This is the purpose ,significance and content of this paper.
