Abstract


In this paper, strategic management theory and methods , combined with the characteristics of construction enterprises , Fuxin City, Northern Construction Group ( referred to as the North Construction Group ) business strategy . A detailed analysis of the north building of the Group 's internal and external operating environment , on this basis , put forward a built in the North of the Group 's strategic development direction of the business combination of the structure , built in the North of the Group 's expansion strategy put forward the recommendations of the guidance , and for the links between the North construction Group member companies a weak bond status, indicating the North construction Group should establish a parent-subsidiary management system , converting the Group operating mechanism . The article also discusses the cause of the North Construction Group layer strategic and functional level strategy . Finally, the implementation of the strategy and strategic control of the North Construction Group were discussed to provide theoretical guidance .
