Abstract


Employment reflects the society development of a nation or region, which al-so makes certain effects on the state of economy and society, Thus, on one hand,employment is the process of arranging social labor resources from macroecono-my, on the other hand, it is firmly connected with the mobile state of national e-conomly. Therefore, employment and inflation are ’bound to be the two vital e-conomy issues. China is a country with a large population, that her labor supplyexceeds demand is the real case. This positions can’ t be changed in a long period.Owing to this peculiar conditions, this thesis further analyses the causes ofemployment conflicts between urban and rural areas, revealing the real cause isthe structure of two economy societies under long - term traditional planning e-conomy system, which brings about the twist and inbalance in the disposition inresources. It is also the speciality of our country. Moreover, the excess labor ofour country not only occurs in cities, but the most exhibits in rural areas. Towholly solve this problem, we can never depend on city or countryside individual-ly, we have to take measures in two ways to realize their harmony development.This thesis firstly reviews and summarizes the history of the employmentsystem of our country. Then I analyse its serious situations and the characteristicsfrom the labor supply and demand.Resting on the above analysis, I make a conclusion that we should establish aunited labor market between cities and countrysides, meanwhile we also ought totake some detailed measures to settle the issue of unemployment in urban and ru-ral areas.
