Abstract


The food is a people's livelihood special commodity, the food problem has increasingly become the focus of attention . In this paper , on the basis of research since the founding of the food production and the development of the grain circulation changes , focusing on the problems of China's current grain circulation system analysis, to explore the direction of the grain circulation system . Its main contents are as follows : 1. Changes in China's grain production , as well as to predict the future food supply and demand analysis of the total supply of China's grain production has been basically to meet the demand , but the contradiction between supply and demand still exists , the problem is reflected in the food production and food poor coordination of the relationship between in circulation , and its essence is the grain circulation system reasons . 2 . Introduced several changes of China 's grain circulation system , successful experience also inadequate . When the grain circulation system reform measures to adapt to the needs of the development of production , food production growth , the improvement in the food situation . On the contrary, the policy measures wrong, food production landslide . 3 . Control the market economy system mode, pointed out that the existing grain circulation system characteristics , from the grain circulation market players , market mechanisms , the state macro-control analysis of the problem . 4 . In accordance with the principles of the central government grain circulation system and reform priorities , the ultimate goal of the grain circulation system , and the steps to be taken for measures .
