Abstract


Enterprise Group is an advanced form should be socialized production and the requirements of the market economy a form of business organization . Enterprise Group occupies a very important position in the national economy , and build a good financial management system , so that it can effectively run the survival and development of enterprise groups is significant . The article first administrative rights on the concentration of the financial management system into centralization , decentralized and set decentralization a combination of three main types of classification research ; then the various factors affecting the financial management system of enterprise groups explore , which analyzes the impact of its financial management system model of organizational status and life cycle of the enterprise group ; Finally, the use of the property rights economics and the new institutional economics theory , expounded only adapt to the development of enterprise groups , financial management system mode , only the point of view of the strong vitality , combined with the development of enterprise groups in China and the financial management system analysis concluded : in our country at this stage , there is an urgent need to establish the fund management centralization mainly to the implementation of the control sub- the right to the financial management system . The article after institutional design , it is also stressed should give full play to the role of the financial settlement center and expand its financial functions , in order to provide practical reference for the construction and operation of the financial management system of the enterprise group .
