Abstract


Science and technology are the primary driving force for economic and social development , is the source of human civilization and progress . In the 21st century , this trend was more prominent . Therefore, Douglas production function , starting from the Yanbian area of technological progress status , assessment of the Yanbian area technological progress status quo , as well as analysis of the Yanbian region in different periods of technological progress indicators , and then discuss the contribution of the technological advances of the new output value little five underlying causes , based on the development of countermeasures .
