Abstract


Liaohe oilfield geophysical company is a has established more than twenty years of professional companies. Continuous mining that liaohe basin resources increasingly scarce, and gradually set up in China market economy determines the entire oil industry can't always rely on national plan and operation. Liaohe oilfield geophysical company needs in the near future on their own strength to domestic and international market. Therefore, in 1999, in order to adapt to the development of national economy, liaohe oilfield geophysical prospecting company, as a for oil to mining preparation work service company, facing how to adapt to the new environment, new task the severe problems. This paper mainly content mainly includes three sections: the first part is the business process analysis, the second part is the job analysis, the third part is the company's job design.
