Abstract


Viit.h the establishment of market economic , the reform of state owned enterprises meets the difficult phase. AnGang, As a very big state owned enterprise, AnGang must take part in the challenge of the reform. The main factor to overcome the difficults is to assure the quality. Only when you have the higher quality, can you control the market. This thesis mainly studies the use of the quality system of finGang railway transportation company locomotive plant, it uses the theory of the quality system and the series of standard of 1S09000 to study the use of the product of the locomotive plant. It finds a lot of defect and question in the production . It provides methods to improve metheds between the repairing system and the using system in the production , and it achieves a satisfactory result . It proves the effectiveness of the methods and adopts a series of metheds to the system to improve the old qualit.y system.
