Abstract


Because the securities business is a high-risk market, a corresponding securitIes monitoring system must be established. The securities law signs the establishing of securities monitoring system has been coming into a new period. Commencing the three basic monitoring modes over the world, the essay plan to compare on original background, characteristic, advantage and disadvantage respectively. Basing on analysis of development, actuality and deficiency of the current monitoring system in our country, it would be discussed that fundamental methods to construct the system, the ideal securities monitoring construction, the relative rules in the securities law, ways to consummating the securities monitoring system in our country, to improve the reformation practice of the securities monitoring system in our country
