Abstract


Enterprises are the cells of modern society is the main body of the market economy , enterprises accounted for the vast majority of small and medium - sized enterprises is this body of the most active and vibrant part of . Accounted for a large proportion of small and medium enterprises in the national economy , creating a large number of employment and technological innovation , continuous innovation and development on the basis of the market economy system , the technological innovation of SMEs has become the essence of the market economy . Since the reform and opening up , China's small and medium enterprises began to perk up , especially the 1990s, high-tech SMEs have become a new growth point of China's national economy , the party and the country attached great importance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises , adopted a series of policies and supporting measures to actively support and achieved considerable success . However , compared with developed countries , the economic basis of China 's small and medium enterprises is still very weak , one of the important reasons for lagging behind the technological innovation capability , the scientific and technological achievements channel is not smooth , slow product upgrades . In this paper, starting from the analysis of the SME Technology Innovation , learn from the successful experience of foreign support small and medium enterprises technological innovation , proposed to build China 's small and medium enterprises technological innovation strategy system . The full text is divided into five parts: the first part of the general theory of technological innovation , the development of the theory of innovation theory put forward and technological innovation of SMEs . The second part of \The third part focuses on the meaning and the status quo of China 's SME Technology Innovation . The fourth section describes the experience of the developed countries, technological innovation and SMEs in China . Section V presents the strategic thinking of the SME Technology Innovation in China , mainly from government support , enterprise-centric innovation system , to build the SME Technology Innovation Strategy system .
