Abstract


Difficult issues of the embezzlement controversy in the Criminal Law of the system , about 40,000 words , is divided into four parts : the first part of an overview of embezzlement legislative evolution problem ; second part analyzes the theoretical circle of corruption the sin of the properties of the various definitions of their charges ; part III , based on a theory of crime as well as the provisions of the Penal Code , the existence of the four constituent elements of the crime of corruption controversial problems one by one to analyze . The content is the focus of this article . The fourth part , focuses on the problem of identification of the crime of corruption . This section discusses the three aspects : (a ) on corruption charges of illegal possession of understanding of the content ; ( b) of Section 384 of the Penal Code , \with attempted problems .
