Abstract


As human gradually move into the 21st century , the oceans are becoming more and more important in human life . However , marine pollution is a major problem faced by the contemporary international community , whether developed or developing , are closely related to the marine pollution . Analysis of the reasons causing marine pollution , large amounts of toxic and hazardous waste substances discharged into the sea , including human intention marine pollution caused by the dumping of waste , at sea or in coastal operability accidents and natural disasters . Therefore, how through international legislation to control human intention ocean dumping of wastes resulting from marine pollution , is currently the key to the prevention of marine pollution . For this purpose , the article is how the 21st century through international legislation control the dumping of wastes into the ocean , its legislative trend to identify China 's countermeasures , conducting extensive research and discussion , in order to adapt to the international community and China's economic development.
