Abstract


Marine status is increasingly important in human life in the 21st century, nearly 200 years a large number of toxic and hazardous substances, however, pouring in the world's oceans, far more than the purification capacity of the ocean itself, serious contamination of the marine environment and marine resources, human intentions marine pollution caused by the dumping of waste, at sea or in coastal operability accidents and natural disasters is the larger one of the many reasons causing marine pollution. Human understanding of the concept of ocean dumping of wastes are basically derived from the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea \understanding of the terms and conditions on the marine dumping of waste through analysis and comparison reveals the significance of the marine dumping of wastes into the concept of the protection of the marine environment.
