Abstract


Introduction of foreign capital Banks is one of the major initiatives of the reform and opening in China, also is our country's economy, especially financial industry important steps toward internationalization. A large number of foreign Banks enter in bring unprecedented opportunities to our country at the same time, also to our country financial system formed a certain degree of interference and impact. How to strengthen and perfect the supervision system of foreign Banks in our country, to mitigate its negative influence caused by increasingly become the attention of the topic. Based on the analysis of the necessity of the foreign capital bank regulation in our country, in all countries in the world, on the basis of a mature supervision experience, focusing on analysis of present situation of foreign Banks in China and the relevant legal system, and finally put forward legislative proposals of perfecting our country's foreign bank supervision.
