Abstract


Anshan Iron and automation equipment on the Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Angang automation company consists of its core business is sales agents and large foreign companies automation products . Due to the global economic integration and the advent of knowledge economy , as well as the emergence of the Internet and e-commerce , traditional marketing methods and management methods to be a great challenge . Become the top priority of enterprises to seek further development in order to adapt to the changed economic environment , the development of a new development strategy . This article is about the company development strategy . This paper analyzes the macroeconomic environment and industry environment of the enterprise in which to find the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprises in the era of knowledge economy . Then , business management , marketing and financial management , etc. were analyzed. On this basis , the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy development strategy as well as specific measures for implementation . The paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter of the enterprise in which the external environment analysis , focusing on the arrival of the knowledge-based economy and China 's accession to the WTO impact on businesses . The second chapter of the enterprise's internal environment analysis, including management, marketing, financial management analysis . Chapter to develop corporate strategic objectives , strategic steps , the overall development strategy and competitive strategy, proposed the establishment of the idea of enterprise virtual inventory . Chapter in the implementation of enterprise development strategies , enterprise resource reconfiguration , and marketing and management innovation , focus on the development of electronic commerce .
