Abstract


Computer simulation is used in port system has a long history , but the domestic application only in the planning and design stage . The simulation model described herein can also be used for yard layout , equipment selection , through capacity analysis can also be used for the operation and management analysis . First, the simulation technology development and application of computer simulation of port status quo, the operational characteristics of the port , the simulation method proposed multi - control factors ship and train to Hong Kong . Then , combined with the actual port project on port simulation model development process . After the mathematical expectation of the random variable in the model is obtained , the stochastic programming problems into the usual mathematical programming problems , and gives an algorithm to solve this kind of problem .
