Agricultural production, boron, molybdenum to increase the yield of crops have a demonstrable effect, widespread application. Boron, molybdenum forage production is less, to carry out some research work has been concentrated in terms of yield and quality. This test uses two factors and four levels randomized complete block design, boron set 4-molybdenum level of 4, on the basis of NPK fertilizer as base fertilizer, crop of alfalfa 1, 2, 3, spraying with than boron, molybdenum fertilizers, focusing on the study of Boron and Molybdenum fertilizer physiological and biochemical indexes of alfalfa, alfalfa growth characteristics were also studied. The research shows that: 1. Boron, molybdenum fertilizer can improve alfalfa SOD activity, chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content, to reduce alfalfa MDA content and membrane permeability. Single boron, boron content from 0 kg / hm ~ 2 to 2.5 kg / hm ~ 2, the number of branches of the alfalfa plant height of the first crop of alfalfa, hay yield, crop alfalfa SOD activity with Shi boron content increased with the increase; malondialdehyde content of the first and second crop of alfalfa and alfalfa stubble 1,3 plasma membrane permeability with the applied the boron amount of increase and reduce. Single application of molybdenum fertilizer application of Mo fertilizer from 0 kg / hm ~ 2 increased to 0.225 kg / hm ~ 2, the number of branches of the alfalfa crop alfalfa soluble sugar content, the first and second crop of alfalfa The total chlorophyll content with the applied the molybdenum amount of the increase; alfalfa membrane permeability as well as the second and third crop of alfalfa malondialdehyde content with the facilities the molybdenum increase in the amount and decline. 4 boron, molybdenum fertilizer can significantly improve the alfalfa plant height, single application of boron, molybdenum and boron and molybdenum with facilities can affect the yield of alfalfa. Boron, molybdenum cause excessive plant growth slows down, branches and reduce production decline. Early flowering stage of in 1,2,3 crop alfalfa, for 7 (B = 1.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.225 kg / ha), 8 (B = 1.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.375 kg / hm), 9 (B = 3.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0 kg / hm to 2), 12 (B = 2.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.375 kg / hm ~~ 2) and 16 (B = 3.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.375 kg / hm 2) plant height were higher than that of the control. All treatments 1,2,3 crop of alfalfa hay yield are handling 12 (B = 2.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.375 kg / ha to 2). For 12 annual hay yield the highest, reaching 9281.27 kg / hm ~ 2, higher than the control 2049.07 kg / hm ~ 2, the yield increased to 28.33%; followed 9 (B = 2.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0 kg / ha to 2); processing 10 (B = 2.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.075 kg / hm ~ 2) ranks third; processing 14 (B = 3.5 kg / hm ~ 2, MO = 0.075 kg / hm 2) minimum. Crop of alfalfa 1, 2, 3, second crop of alfalfa processing plant height and growth rate variation, plant height and growth rate of the coefficients of variation were 11.7% and 17.06%, respectively. 1, 2, 3 crop of alfalfa or less the contribution rate of the annual hay yield, the contribution rate of the second crop of alfalfa.
