Abstract

The concrete caused due to various shrinkage cracking problem has been the focus and difficulty of the crack control of concrete structures. In recent years, people with low water-cement ratio, mineral admixtures and superplasticizer high strength concrete mixed with fly ash, ground slag and silica fume, but lack of systematic research of high-strength concrete volume stability shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete problems in engineering practice. Therefore, the study of the trend of high-strength concrete shrinkage and shrinkage cracking is very important, in this respect at home and abroad has become a hot research of high-strength concrete. System shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete characteristics and influencing factors, including: a comparative study of the different trends of high strength concrete and ordinary concrete shrinkage cracking; and analyze water-cement ratio, and various mineral admixtures on high strength concrete shrinkage cracking trends; exploring the effect of fiber, bulking agents, shrinkage reducing agent on the improvement of high-strength concrete crack trend. Ring Test method to directly evaluate the trend of shrinkage and cracking of concrete and using Ring Test synchronization length measurement method to study the contractile properties of high-strength concrete. Direct impact on the modulus of elasticity of concrete early and creep shrinkage cracking of concrete indicators were tested by SEM, mercury porosimetry measure hole the microscopic test means the micro-structure of the high-strength concrete. The results show that: In this paper, using the ring method and common methods for evaluation of high-strength concrete crack trend, combined with the the ring synchronization length measurement wears can better evaluate the contractile properties of high strength concrete. High-strength concrete and ordinary concrete shrinkage cracking trend significantly greater than ordinary concrete. Early shrinkage of high strength concrete, high elastic modulus, tensile strength growth, creep on the stress relaxation ability, the combined effect of several factors that make high strength concrete is more prone to cracking than ordinary concrete shrinkage bound. In this paper, on the basis of various factors affecting the integrated shrinkage cracking of concrete, shrinkage cracking of concrete influence factors analysis model. Reduce the water cement ratio increases the trend of high-strength concrete shrinkage cracking; fly ash significantly reduces shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete trend influencing factors; ground slag trend of increased shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete and fineness the ground slag apparent; silica fume high strength concrete crack trend increased significantly. The end of this article to explore several shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete improvement measures, the results showed that: organic synthetic fiber hardened high-strength concrete crack resistance effect is not obvious, the modulus of elasticity of steel fiber can significantly reduce shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete trend; UEA- H expanders obvious the shrinkage compensation effect of high-strength concrete ring test studies have shown that the UEA-H expanders can effectively reduce the trend of shrinkage and cracking of concrete; shrinkage-reducing agent SRA significantly reduce the role of high-strength concrete free shrinkage, and can significantly reduce the trend of shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete.
