Abstract

Is an important direction of development of high-performance concrete self-compacting concrete . High strength concrete is generally high grade cement, low water-cement ratio formulated to improve other properties of high-strength concrete mixed with additives and admixtures , development and stability of its early performance is bound to differ and ordinary concrete . This paper test methods of self-compacting concrete early performance . Work performance evaluation method for the study guide and test a variety of self-compacting concrete preparation methods , summarized and evaluated the impact of self-compacting concrete work and mechanical properties of a variety of factors ; tests of self-compacting concrete early strength and elastic modulus mechanical properties with age ; evaluation of the concrete shrinkage performance test methods , design dedicated self- compacting concrete early shrinkage test device , and take advantage of their completed self-compacting concrete free shrinkage test and passive restrained shrinkage test , as well as specimens the internal humidity test with the age change , systematic analysis of the theory of self-compacting concrete shrinkage , and the factors that affect the contractile properties of concrete . From the engineering point of view put forward concrete restrained shrinkage stress calculation method , and discuss the calculation method for determining parameters . Can provide a reference for the development and practical application of self - compacting concrete materials , test methods and the theoretical basis for further research .
