Abstract

Festulolium TF - ( fescue Type ) hacker Hykor , fescue ryegrass Italian ryegrass Byron Perny , annual ryegrass ( diploid ) Surrey Surrey , annual ryegrass ploidy Ange Si No. Angus, tall fescue grass type Fahn fawn as test material , the use of poly (ethylene glycol) -6000 ( PEG - 6000 ) osmotic stress , the research seed germination traits , evaluation of seed germination of drought ; using single-factor design , through potted seedlings of natural drought stress research grass appearance changes, the dynamic changes of the physiological responses to explore the relationship between normal water conditions and under drought stress , and gain a comprehensive evaluation , bred drought-resistant grass or lawn grass reference. The results are as follows : ( 1 ) PEG treatment , in addition to a slight rise the fescue ryegrass Perny , tall fescue fawn and the annual ryegrass Angus the relative germination rate under mild stress (5%) , the rest of the declining trend . A certain degree of drought , the relative seed germination rate decreased with the stress increase . ( 2 ) of five species radicle growth of the germ are subject to different degrees of inhibition . With the increase in osmotic stress , relative radicle length , relatively germ long downward trend , and relatively radical length , relatively long germ was significantly associated with the stress intensity . (3) in persistent soil under drought stress , the chlorophyll content of the five species , green leafy rate downward trend . ( 4) the five plant species proline , soluble sugar content and membrane permeability compared with the control are increased , and gradually increased with the aggravation of drought stress and drought extension of time ; changes in the content of proline ( Pro ) can be used as a measure of plant drought resistance physiological indicators . (5) leaf relative water content decreased with the aggravation of drought stress . The plant species in the different stress treatment stage (7d, 14d, 21d, 28d), the rate of water loss from leaves with the extension of time in vitro ( 2 h , 4 h , 6 h ) increase , including drought 14d leaves change in the rate of water loss from the body 2h varieties are quite different . (6) of five species of drought soil moisture is declining soil evaporation and plant transpiration .
