Abstract

Given Gansu Agricultural University West dryland farming Comprehensive Experimental Station of the eight-year experiment based on field trials and laboratory determination of the combination of research methods, conservation tillage straw (NTS), no-tillage (NT) conventional tillage straw (TS) as well as traditional farming does not cover the leaves of spring wheat (T) under the four tillage practices endogenous antioxidant enzyme activity (SOD, POD, CAT), membrane lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde content (MDA ), the content of proline (Pro) and leaf photosynthetic physiological characteristics were studied. Analysis, determination of spring wheat drought resistance of different tillage spring wheat Physiological characteristics of resistance, its purpose is to enrich the theory of conservation tillage, promotion of conservation tillage in the area provide a theoretical basis. The main results are as follows: 1 conservation tillage practices can effectively improve the leaves of spring wheat endogenous protective activity, NTS, no-tillage effect to improve the maximum degree of conservation tillage can delay spring wheat aging, enhance its drought resistance in spring wheat growth important growth period, comparison of different tillage, conservation tillage can both improved to varying degrees leaves of spring wheat endogenous protective enzyme activity, NTS, no-tillage farming measures of endogenous protective enzyme SOD activity, POD activity and the highest activity of CAT, conventional tillage straw mulching treatment of endogenous antioxidant enzyme activity centered under conventional tillage treatment (T) endogenous antioxidant enzyme activity minimum, NTS, the best no-till. 2 conservation tillage lower MDA content under conventional tillage, the highest content of MDA with the advance of spring wheat growth period, membrane lipid peroxidation product MDA content increased rapidly, MDA content was significantly higher than conventional tillage treatment NTS no-tillage treatment, the highest MDA content under conventional tillage. Judging from the different growth stages of booting stage the highest content of MDA, jointing stage, followed by the smallest grain filling stage. Correlation analysis showed that MDA content is rising, and soil water content showed a significant negative correlation with the degree of soil drought intensifies. Conservation tillage spring wheat with strong drought resistance, endogenous antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA content of less traditional farming measures and vice versa. 3 under conventional tillage leaves the highest proline content was significantly higher than the no-tillage treatment and no-tillage straw mulching farming methods have a clear regulatory role of the leaves of spring wheat metabolism, spring wheat treatment proline content at booting jointing stage, followed by the lowest grain filling stage. Highest proline content in leaves under conventional tillage treatment, significantly higher than the no-tillage treatment and NTS processing. Correlation analysis showed that proline content and soil moisture content was negatively correlated, spring wheat by drought stress more severe the higher the proline content in the body. The 4 conservation tillage spring wheat leaf photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of different tillage on spring wheat leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), atmospheric active radiation (PAR), the atmosphere can effectively improve the temperature (° C), leaf temperature (° C) Photosynthetic Physiological Ecology indicators have a significant impact. Growth growth period in the spring wheat, spring wheat photosynthetic physiological indicators of the same trend, conservation tillage treatment showed greater than conventional tillage treatment. Chlorophyll content, with the advance of the spring wheat growing season, the performance of the NTS GT; NT GT; TS gt; significant difference between the variation of T, and among the treatments. NTS, NT and TS of spring wheat to maintain high photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic better performance, especially the the NTS effect is more obvious.
