Abstract

This thesis is divided into three parts, the main research in the determination of propionic acid fermentation by rumen of cattle and sheep commonly feed conversion of glucose (POEG) formed under conditions fed the basal diet, specification sheep rumen propionate production and absorption rate determination technology, provide technical data and support the establishment of a database. for metabolic grapes slot (MG) 1, using an in vitro method to establish a commonly used in cattle and sheep feed nutrients feed nutrients and ruminal propionate production mathematical model test determination of this test according to the Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system, referred to as the CNCPS Determination of 20 four categories the four nutrients feed, lay the data base for future trials. Test two feed nutrients and ruminal propionate production regression model using in vitro method to create this test using in vitro method to study the four categories (energy feed, protein feed, quality roughage, low-quality roughage) twenty four feed vitro culture some time after propionate production. Standardized experimental methods for the determination of a single feed propionate production in vitro method, and the regression equation of feed nutrients and ruminal propionate production. The research results show that the energy feed 400mg corn, wheat bran, barley, sorghum, wheat, oats vitro culture 15 hours of propionic acid production were 0.41,0.44,0.41,0.41,0.57,0.44 mmol; 400mg soybean meal, protein feed hemp propionate production were cultured for 15 hours in the meal, sunflower meal, Levin meal, cottonseed meal, corn gluten powder 0.41,0.32,0.38,0.34,0.16, 0.17mmol; alfalfa quality roughage 400mg sand adsurgens, rib wheat field peas, wheatgrass, Elymus, Bromus vitro cultured 24 hours propionate production were 0.31,0.27,0.21,0.22,0.33,0.29 mmol; low-quality roughage 400mg corn stalks, wheat straw, millet stalks, valley stalks Yan wheat straw, potato vine and cultured for 24 hours in vitro production of propionic acid were 0.07,0.09,0.14,0.17,0.25,0.39 mmol. Use of energy feed, protein feed vitro cultured for 15 hours, and high-quality roughage, low quality roughage cultured in vitro production of propionic acid for 24 hours and test-press the CNCPS analysis determination, according to SAS multiple regression analysis were established four categories of feed production propionate nutrients (CA, CB1, CB2, PA, PB1, PB2, mg) and ruminal propionate production (Y, mmol) regression equation: energy feed Y = 0.0051CA 0.0037CB1 0.0043CB2 0.011PA-0.00093PB1-0.79 ( R2 = 0.999, n = 6, P lt; 0.0001) protein fodder Y = 0.0016CA 0.00087CB1 l.lll42CB2-0.0036PA 0.34 (R2 = 0.999, n = 6, p lt; $ 0.0001) quality roughage Y = 0.0062CA of 0. . ,-0.059PB1-3.68 92CB1 0.0052CB1 0.0052CB2 0.27PA (R2 = 0.999, n = 6, p lt; 0.01) low-quality roughage Y = 0.0029CA 0.045CB1-0.0029CB2 0.30PA-0.90PB1-0.29 (R2 = 0.999, n = 6, p lt; 0.0001), propionic acid absorption rate in the rumen of sheep Measurement and modeling of this test, select 9. q good body condition, weighing 2 * 4Kg permanent rumen fistula Inner Mongolia semi-fuzz foil sheep were randomly divided into three groups (n = 3) were fed three SC: NSC different diets companion SC : NSC l, 60 2.28 3.03 by continuous feeding propionic acid in the rumen metabolism presented steady state, then by starting a continuous infusion propionate, ruminal propionate presents a new steady-state method, research 9 sheep continuous perfusion propionate, propionic acid before and after the generation rate, outflow rate, thereby to obtain the absorption rate and the absorption rate of the propionic acid. The results showed that the absorption rate of 41.45 to 880% propionic acid. And establish the amount of propionic acid production X (mmUd,) absorption rate KI mathematical model: KI hexyl SL. 40 .... 796 (Ro.8005, P <0 * 5, Jealous 17). 3, the acid conversion mask stomach fermentation in cattle and sheep commonly feed in the formation of glucose (POEG) and some feed metabolism of glucose (MG) values ??calculated in this test diets combined with the actual group propionic acid production in vitro and in vivo propionate production regression equation. Propionic yield obtained by using different methods were compared. And with the in vitro method for the determination of the diet is analyzed with a combination of effects, also lists Ministry: acid conversion Twl material produced by rumen fermentation of glucose POEG (g / Kg) value and by the ruminal starch glucose BSEG (g / Kg) is the value obtained by adding the metabolism of glucose (MG) value. The results show that: the actually measured in vivo of propionic acid production was significantly lower than the in vitro determination of dietary propionic acid production, and the need for correcting the measured value in vitro. This test also found a significant relationship between dietary propionate production in vivo determination of dietary propionic acid yield (Y, mini / Kg) and in vitro determination of (X, mm ah), the regression equation: Y = 0 .4524 X +5.2404 resistance spoon knife 9041 n == 3 P <0.05). This formula can be used to correct the measured with in vitro method propionic acid production (Pr) of propionic acid production, and the regression equation of the feed ingredients and propionic acid production estimation pr spoon. This experiment also showed that in vitro of each of the above diets propionate production measured value and a single feed propionate production in vitro using the composition of the diet measured values ??weighted calculation There were significant differences between the dietary acid yield values ??obtained, indicating the day of the in vitro determination of present in propionic acid production significantly the combined effects of the composition of the grain.
