Abstract


The projects which the government invested in play an important role in China’s economic and social development. While for non-profit government investment contract model in construction project,the developed countries have successful experience, and gradually developing. In the progress of china implementing market economy system, we need to carefully analyze and summarize the successful experience at home and abroad, and continue to explore, made contribution to the healthy development of society.In his paper, I mainly researched application of PM mode in non-profit government invest construction projects, focusing on the characteristics of PM mode and suitable condition, the requirement of non-operating items, the necessity, feasibility, potential risks and management strategies of using PM mode in non-operating government invest projects. Through case studies, we further verify the effectiveness of PM mode.
