Objective: To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT enterography angiography in the diagnosis of Crohn's disease . Methods : A retrospective analysis by endoscopy , surgery , pathology confirmed 60 cases of Crohn's disease multidetector CT small bowel contrast imaging performance . And analysis of the control line 23 cases of small bowel contrast X-ray imaging and multi-slice spiral CT imaging findings in Crohn's disease . Results: 60 cases of multi-segmental lesions in 43 patients (72 %) , a separate small intestine involvement in 21 cases (35 %) , small intestine and large intestine were simultaneously involved in 35 cases ( 58% ) , to separate colon involvement in four cases (7% ) . Small bowel involvement in 56 cases (93 %) , involving 39 patients ( 70%) of the terminal ileum . The CTE findings include : wall thickening in 60 cases (100 %) , strengthening an increase of 58 cases (97%) , bowel wall stratification in 39 cases (65 %) , luminal stenosis in 32 cases ( 53%) , bowel wall abscess 5 patients ( 8%) , increased mesenteric vessels ( comb sign ) 39 cases (65%) , the intestinal lesions surrounding fibrous fat increased in 19 cases (32%) , cellulitis 40 cases (67%) , abdominal abscess and inflammatory sinus / fistula of the tumor in 13 patients ( 22%) , 15 cases ( 25%) , false diverticulum in 12 patients ( 20%) , multiple swollen lymph nodes in 42 patients (70 %) , perianal lesions in 4 patients ( 7% ) . Wall thickening of the bowel wall stratification , strengthen increase intramural abscess , intestinal lesions surrounding cellulitis increased , blood vessels ( comb sign ) reaction lesions activities . Arterial phase and venous phase , did not provide more information on the intestinal wall , intestinal lesions outside . 23 patients with Crohn's disease , the main X-ray findings : multi - segment disease in 18 patients ( 78% ) , mucosal thickening in 22 cases (96 %) , linear ulcers in 17 patients ( 74%) , pebbles levy of 16 cases (70%) . Conclusion : X-ray sensitive linear ulcers , pebble levy mucosal lesions , CT small bowel contrast sensitive Crohn's disease of the intestinal wall lesions , especially in the luminal Crohn's disease abnormal significantly better than the X-ray , CT small bowel contrast can be Crohn disease of the small intestine and colon lesions , display the intestinal wall lesions and intestine complications and unique advantages , in the judgment of lesion activity as the preferred method of imaging studies . Review the case for eliminating the arterial phase , only the line scan venous phase . In order to reduce the load of the patient's X-ray radiation .
