Abstract


The purpose of the studies deal with the impact on image quality through the application C2 on the left anterior descending coronary imaging , and then explore the possibility of low-dose scan heart scan . Methods 60 patients were divided into A, B groups : A group of mining like the use of the original image rear filter C2 , a total of 33 cases , including 21 males and 12 females ; B group mining like the original image The rear filter C2 , a total of 27 cases , including 17 males and 10 females . GE LightSpeed ??VCT / XT machine using 120kV B group based on the patients body mass index (BMI) to optimize the selection of tube current , A group in the selection of tube current based on the optimization based on BMI reduced by 20% . ① double-blind method by two experienced diagnostic imaging physicians group A and group B image from left to crown the number of display of the left anterior descending artery segment , subdivision display rate , blood vessel edge sharpness , contrast agent within the lumen is clear The degree four areas divided into excellent 1 to 4 (4 ) the image quality score . Records in each group score , score divided by the two jointly agreed after discussion . ② groups A, B checks the computer automatically calculated the average volume CT dose index (CTDIVOL) converted into effective dose ( ED ) . Image quality score of group A and group B , the effective dose differences t test , P lt ; 0.05 considered to be statistically significant . Image quality score of the results of the Group A and Group B were (3.44 ± 0.58) points and (3.43 ± 0.51) points between the two groups was no significant difference , P gt ; 0.05 ; ray dose of group A and group B, the mean were (3.24 ± 1.11) mSv ( 4.05 ± 1.30 ) mSv between the two groups have a significant difference , P lt ; 0.05 . Conclusion 64-slice CT coronary angiography using home filtration device C2 reconstruction , while lowering the tube current , but it does not affect image quality , the possibility of this study further reduce the radiation dose .
