Abstract


The four flights hospital is typical of knowledge-based enterprises . Experiencing technical backbone enterprises in the development process of a huge loss of brain drain to four flights hospital caused the direct cost of losses and indirect adverse effects . How to effectively control the brain drain , retain talent , improve employee job performance , which is the main content of the the four flights hospital human resources management . This article by Fran the Buchholz human resources cost calculation model analysis to calculate the cost of staff turnover , use extended the Mowbray model with employee satisfaction survey analyzed the cause the four flights hospital brain drain outside the enterprise , individual employees and internal factors, and find out the main reason for the brain drain , the final characteristics of knowledge workers , based on incentives, job satisfaction, and organizational change , the management theories put forward to improve management , stable personnel policy alternatives .
