Abstract


China 's oil industry established in the sixties and seventies to achieve oil self-sufficiency in self-help , however at this stage of production and demand increasing contradictions to resolve the lack of oil and gas production , China's oil and gas industry and the whole economy is an important and arduous task . The big foreign oil companies are almost always the way of a multinational oil company conducting business , these companies take advantage of the world 's oil resources for their own economic services and establish an oil reserve system , which has a strong reference for the development of China 's oil and gas industry significance. This article of the first on the development of China's oil and gas industry and trends currently facing international operations analysis , then overseas investment and international operations , multinational development . This article focuses for the direction of such a development , analysis of related administrative control and the legal status quo , the established legislative principles of China 's overseas investment , and improve the idea of the legislative system and how to build China 's overseas investment guarantee system . And proposed changes to additional comments on some specific legal provisions and administrative control issues .
