Abstract

Objective: To investigate cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy recent clinical efficacy , in order to evaluate the clinical application value ; investigate the P-glycoprotein ( P -gp ) , multidrug resistance-associated protein of -1 (MPR1) and glutathione S-transferase - S (GST-π) in normal cervical tissue , CIN, NACT , after expression and its role in the prediction of neoadjuvant chemotherapy . Methods: cisplatin - based chemotherapy , preoperative arterial infusion chemotherapy for 30 cases of cervical cancer , and dynamic observation of the short-term effect . MRP1 and GST-π expression using immunohistochemistry SP method detected 10 cases of normal cervical tissue , 20 cases of CIN , 30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue P -gp before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy . Results: 1 , cervical cancer NACT efficiency of 80% , 83.3% of the rate of surgical resection , radiation therapy 5 patients due to stage night after chemotherapy . 2 , before chemotherapy cervical cancer tissue P -gp , MRP1, GST -π positive expression rate was significantly higher than normal and CIN ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Neoadjuvant chemotherapy cervical cancer tissue P - gp , GST -π positive expression rate was significantly higher than the level of expression before chemotherapy and chemotherapy before GST -π expression of P -gp negative chemotherapy efficient than GST -π P-gp positive expression . (P lt; 0.05). 4 , the positive expression rate of positive expression rate of cervical cancer tissue MRP1 before chemotherapy MRP1 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was not statistically significant and chemotherapy before MRP1 expression negative chemotherapy efficiency and positive expression of efficiency and not statistically significant (P gt ; 0.05). 5, P-pg, MRP1 and GST-π expression with clinical stage , pathological grade changes were not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion : 1, P-gp, GST-π, MRP1 mediated cervical cancer primary resistance of P-gp , GST -π mediated cervical cancer secondary resistance . 2 , before chemotherapy cervical cancer tissue P-gp, GST-π expression to chemotherapy significantly negative , P-gp, GST-π can be used as indicators to predict response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy . 3 , the joint detection of multiple drug resistance protein expression reveal tumor resistance , to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy and the development of effective individualized treatment plan has important guiding significance . 4 , cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer , relieve clinical symptoms , reversing tumor clinical stage , creating a surgical conditions for inoperable patients , is an effective method for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer .
