Abstract


With the Chinese socialist market economy continues to develop, through economic policies to strengthen the protection of environment and resources increasingly get attention.In global economic warming,the ozone layer appeared loophole, lead and acid rain on human health and ecological environment has been devastating conditions,tax the from all countries reform will be the inevitable trend of the development of tax policy.Introduce the environment tax can not only through taxation means change the behavior,promote the polluter environmental protection,still can increase our government revenues,improve fiscal overall strength. Both environmental benefits and economic benefits.The implementation of environmental taxes on our tightening will build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society that produced a great boost.This article in foreign advanced experience environment tax system,on the basis of our country environment tax levy considering the necessity and feasibility. Put forward our country environment tax revenue system construction of some suggestions.
