Abstract


The mechanism of acupuncture and nerve growth factor in the treatment of cerebral palsy Objective: To study acupuncture and nerve growth factor (nerve growth factor, NGF) the pups general therapy for hypoxic-ischemic brain injury (Hypoxic-ischemic brain damage, HIBD) function, apoptosis and anti-apoptotic gene expression and brain tissue pathological morphology, to explore the mechanism of acupuncture, NGF therapy to the treatment of children with cerebral palsy (Cerebral palsy, CP), for clinical newborns the CP and young children CP The after-effects of treatment provides a theoretical basis. Research content and methods: 1,8 nest 7d age weight gt; 12g newborn SD rats Press the block were randomly divided into sham operation group (1) normal group ②. The the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant. 4, ramp test: ③ model group compared to the sham group ① normal group, ② ④ simple acupuncture group, the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group rats 16 days after the ramp test results mean lower sound coordination ability trend stronger, the difference was statistically significant. ⑤ acupuncture NGF group compared to the the ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was not statistically significant. 5, Y-maze test compared to the: ③ model group (1) normal group, (2) sham group, ④ simple acupuncture group, 18 days after ⑤ acupuncture NGF group pups Y-maze test results mean higher difference statistically significant. The the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant. 6, BCL-2 mRNA expression compared to the: ③ model group, ① normal group, ② sham group ④ simple acupuncture group ⑤ acupuncture NGF group pups BCL-2 gene mRNA expression A value mean higher , the difference was statistically significant. ⑤ acupuncture NGF group compared to the the ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was not statistically significant. 7, BAX mRNA expression compared to the: ③ model group, ① normal group, (2) sham group, the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group pups BAX gene mRNA expression mean A value lower, the difference was statistically significant. ④ simple acupuncture group compared ③ model group, the difference was not statistically significant. Casp3 gene mRNA compared to the: ③ model group ① normal group, (2) sham group, ④ simple acupuncture group, the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group pups Casp3 gene mRNA expression the A values ??mean lower, the difference was statistically significance. ⑤ acupuncture NGF group compared to the the ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was not statistically significant. The the pathomorphological changes compared to the: ③ model group, (1) normal group, (2) sham group, ④ simple acupuncture group ⑤ acupuncture the NGF group of pups of hippocampal degeneration of nerve cell number was significantly reduced, significant improvement pathomorphism. 10, the normal number of nerve cells in the hippocampus compared to the: ③ model group ① normal group, (2) sham group, ④ simple acupuncture group, ⑤ acupuncture the NGF group of hippocampal normal nerve cell count mean higher, the difference in statistics significance. ⑤ acupuncture NGF group compared to the the ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was not statistically significant. 11, cerebral cortex tissue cell apoptosis compared to the: ③ model group ① normal group, ② sham group ④ simple acupuncture group, the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group pups brain cortex apoptosis index mean lower The difference was statistically significant. The the ⑤ acupuncture NGF group ④ simple acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture on hypoxic-ischemic cerebral palsy model pups weight gain, muscle growth, recovery and coordination ability to restore learning and memory ability (intelligence) plays a significant role. Apoptotic genes BAX acupuncture pups brain tissue of hypoxic-ischemic cerebral palsy model and of Casp3 the mRNA expression significantly inhibited against apoptotic gene BCL-2 mRNA expression significant role in promoting . Acupuncture recovery of damaged nerve cells in the brain of hypoxic-ischemic cerebral palsy model pups have a significant role in promoting apoptosis of damaged brain cells significantly inhibited. 4 of nerve growth factor can further promote the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on recovery of hypoxic-ischemic cerebral palsy model rats muscle strength, coordination and learning and memory ability and anti-apoptotic effects of the damaged cells.
