Abstract


As computer technology continues to evolve and wide application of computer aided design methods are increasingly being used in the product development work. Engineering drawings as an important project file, is widely used in industrial production and research and development, and with the continuation of production and development work, the number of engineering drawings will continue to increase. How large number of drawings quickly and efficiently retrieve and proper conservation and management has become enterprises are facing an urgent need to address the problem. Based on the Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co., Ltd. extrusion plant during product development and drawings in the management of problems in drawing a large number of extruded aluminum products on the basis of statistical analysis, based on the basic principles of group technology , the development of effective management capable of drawing on existing product drawings for rapid retrieval, and can be modified on the drawings, store, set the output of engineering drawings and computer-aided product development and design management in one of the extruded aluminum product drawings Category coding system and drawing management system. The proposed classification and coding system to achieve a flexible aluminum extrusion recessive coding and computer coding, increasing the system's flexibility and scalability, making the system easier to use and versatile. The system specifications of the profile design drawings, the drawings improves the retrieval efficiency profiles, the profiles of the relevant information for efficient management, good solution to the aluminum sheet retrieval and management issues; same time, as a computer-aided design system, using the search function classification system support software graphics and drawings encoding functions, product development and design has a good inheritance. The system will become the group technology classification and coding theory and computer-aided design technology for aluminum extrusion product development, design and product drawings management, not only can greatly improve product design quality, shorten product development cycles, but also can reduce the duplication of graphics Work and specification drawing methods; same time, the use of computer storage space, running speed advantages can be realized on existing product drawings centralized management and rapid retrieval. Using computer-aided product development, not only high-quality, low-cost products quickly to meet market demand, but also for the further implementation of Computer Applications Engineering plant (eg subsequent production management, etc.) to lay a good foundation. This research has been initially applied in the extrusion plant, get good effect, showing a wide application prospect and practical value.
