Abstract


Purpose: through the practices reconstructive splint external fixation and open reduction and internal fixation operation for treatment of children feet radius fracture observation, analysis and comparison of this two kinds of treatment efficacy in clinical application. Methods: 36 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group (19 cases) and control group in 17 cases. Treatment group using plastic splint external fixation in the treatment, control group treated by open reduction and internal fixation surgery method. Observe the two groups before treatment in general situation, the clinical indexes after treatment. Results: the use of SPSS statistical software the observation indexes of treatment group and the control group carries on the analysis comparison, gimmick reconstructive children feet radius fractures treated by external fixation compared with open reduction and internal fixation surgery can accelerate fracture healing and reduce complications. Conclusion: manual reduction splint external fixation treatment children feet radius fracture fracture curative effect satisfaction, compared with surgery, with fracture healing fast, restore good forearm rotation.
