Abstract

Photosynthetic bacteria treatment of high concentration organic wastewater nearly 20 years developed a new biological wastewater treatment, activated sludge and anaerobic digestion incomparable advantages, but there are many shortcomings, both of which is the water the CODcr too high to reach the national emission standards need for further processing using the activated sludge method. In order to improve the treatment effect of photosynthetic bacteria in practical applications, the test to a degradation of the ability of the purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria isolated from natural screening, and apply the mixed microbial culture techniques, single photosynthetic bacteria, mixed photosynthetic bacteria photosynthetic bacteria and brewer's yeast mixed culture of soy On Wastewater, while theoretically analyzed the biological factors that affect the efficiency of photosynthetic bacteria treatment. The main results are as follows: 1 purple non-sulfur bacteria isolation, identification results. Purple non-sulfur bacteria-YT0813 strains from cattle manure separation in the pool, Gram stain-negative, facultative aerobic cells were short rod or long rod, some signs of bending, unequal size of bacterial culture 18h size of 0.75 × 1.2-2.5μm, with sub-polar flagella movement. Light anaerobic culture, the liquid medium was purple. Photosynthetic membrane structure was lamellar and parallel to the cell membrane. The extensive use of carbon source, good use of the low molecular weight fatty acids such as acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, but not to the use of sugar alcohols, according to the eighth edition of the \R. palustris. Photosynthetic bacteria test results processing soybean wastewater. By the YT0813 a single strain and obtained by enrichment of mixed purple non-sulfur bacteria results show that treatment of soybean wastewater the YT0813 single strain 72 hours Coder removal rate of 50.2%, indicating that the bacteria have a strong CODcr removal capacity. The mixed purple non-sulfur bacteria 72 hours Coder removal rate was 73.5%, than with a single strain removal rate increased by 23.2%, indicating that the of hybrid photosynthetic bacteria soybean wastewater CODcr removal better than single strain. 3 compound bacteria soybean wastewater test results. Complex strains A the YT0813 strains and strains of brewer's yeast processing domesticated flora, the complex strains B is processing a variety of purple non-sulfur bacteria and Saccharomyces cerevisiae domesticated flora. The test results show that the compound bacteria A and Composite bacteria B soybean wastewater CODcr removal obvious differences, the former 72-hour removal of only 53.1%, while the latter up to 87.3%, 34.2% higher than the former.
