Materials and methods retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 52 cases of lung infection after renal transplantation , and is set to a historical control group results of pathogen detection , according to the therapeutic diagnosis , classification and characteristics of various pathogens in CT the performance of the 37 cases of lung infection after renal transplantation patients spiral CT combined with multiple sputum culture , blood cell analysis and comprehensive treatment of a prospective study , the observed clinical effect . The results of 52 cases of patients with lung infection , mixed infection 33 cases , accounting for 64.46% of the total number of patients ; simplex infection in 19 cases, accounting for 35.54% of the total number of patients . Viral infections ( six cases ) , accounting for 8.57% ; bacterial infection , 48 cases , accounting for 68.57% ; fungal infection in 13 cases , accounting for 18.57% ; tuberculosis infection in 3 cases ( based on therapeutic diagnosis ) , accounting for 4.29% ; 38 cases were cured , 14 patients died , the cure rate of 73.07% ; 31 patients with chest CT examination , chest plain film checks in 52 cases , in sputum culture ( 43 cases ) , the average length of stay of 26 days . Prospective study of 37 cases of lung infections in patients , 27 cases of mixed infection , accounting for 72.92% of the total number of patients ; simplex infection in 10 cases, accounting for 27.08% of the total number of patients . Three cases of the viral infection , accounting for 6.12% ; bacterial infection , 33 cases , accounting for 67.35% ; fungal infection in 11 cases , accounting for 22.45% ; tuberculosis infection in 2 cases , accounting for 4.08% ; any pathogens were not detected in one case , 34 cases were cured , the cure rate was 91.89% , significantly higher than that in the control group (p lt; 0.05), and the average length of stay of 21 days, compared to the control group was statistically significant ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion chest spiral CT than chest radiography 3-5 days in advance of the lung infection focus , chest CT combined with multiple sputum culture and blood cell analysis to confirm the diagnosis , as early as possible to take targeted therapeutic significance is essential , comprehensive treatment of treatment success key.
