Abstract


Cyclohexyl methyl dimethoxy silane and dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane cocatalyst is the third of four generations of polypropylene catalysts , they are mainly used in the polypropylene production apparatus . The Hydrosilylation line synthesis of cyclohexyl methyl dimethoxy silane process , the paper carried out a more detailed study , to find the optimum conditions , provide reliable data for industrial applications . Dicyclopentyl dimethoxysilane Synthesis this thesis optional Grignard Route trace during the reaction using a gas chromatograph , and investigated the source of magnesium turnings , feed rate , haloalkoxy species , reaction solvent , reaction temperature, reaction product received rate , purity , and to obtain a better synthesis conditions . Cyclohexylmethyl dimethoxysilane , dicyclopentyl dimethoxysilane the molecular structure of the MS, IR, ~ 1HNMR analysis and identification . Cyclohexyl methyl dimethoxy silane and dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane synthetic product with the CS - 1 type , CS- 2 polypropylene catalyst with propylene polymerization assessment , experimental results show that the synthetic chemicals have reached the level of the catalyst level .
