Abstract


This thesis is focused on our people less poor overall level of quality of cultivated land , lack of reserve land resources of the land 's national conditions , select the forced geographical as the main object of study , to the protection of arable land as the main content , from the basis of the land of economic theory and its operating mechanism on the system and in-depth theoretical analysis and a preliminary discussion on China 's current land policy . On the one hand , it is in order to promote the deepening of research in the field theory ; certain factual information and decision-making reference for relevant departments to formulate policy . The text is divided into five parts : the first part : mainly presented the background of this thesis , through the analysis of the current situation by forcing geographical connotation and forced geographical land , as well as domestic and international comparative study , pointed out that the protection of forced geographical farmland great practical significance. Part II: information analysis , specifically addressed the loss of status and the reasons for the loss of arable land forced geographical . Part III: Specific to the difficulty forced geographical farmland protection and the presence of some specific problems to be solved . Part IV: mathematical model based on the set to the Forced geographical protection of cultivated land resource economics analysis, in order to come to a reasonable suggestions and methods . Part V: through the analysis of more than four parts , the forced geographical farmland protection , and the establishment of a scientific and rational Forced regional cultivated land transfer mechanism .
