Abstract


Objective : To explore the status of patients with hemorrhoid surgery each other , and to explore the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention in hemorrhoid surgery after the patient 's pain and anxiety treatment anxiety and postoperative pain . Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria after mixed hemorrhoids patients were randomly divided into two groups , the treatment group , 30 cases in the control group of 30 patients . Treatment group the conventional admission guidance plus doctors psychological intervention control group with regular admission guidance . Two groups of patients at different times of the preoperative and postoperative pain and anxiety questionnaire. Questionnaire including the status of surgical patients trait Anxiety Inventory ( STAI ) , visual analog scale ( VAS ) , the two groups of patients with anxiety and postoperative pain assessment . Results : 1 . The hemorrhoid surgery patients preoperative state anxiety scores higher than the norm ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; preoperative anxiety scores at each time point after pain scores were positively correlated , postoperative anxiety scores ; treatment group and control group, postoperative pain , anxiety scores and analgesic effect , there were statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) and pain scores were positively correlated . Conclusion : 1. Hemorrhoid surgery preoperative patients in state anxiety ; 2 patients with postoperative pain and anxiety level has a positive correlation ; psychological intervention for hemorrhoid surgery after the patient's degree of pain and anxiety affects both psychological intervention with drug postoperative analgesic effect .
