Abstract

Lightweight aggregate concrete is a larger amount of new concrete , its density 850kg / m ~ 3 to 1950kg / m ~ 3 between the ceramic clay , ceramic and other coarse aggregate and fly ash used sand, cement, water and other material produced. It not only has the advantages of light weight , but also to provide general concrete strength , crack resistance and other mechanical properties . Has been widely used in various industrial and civil construction on the bridge . Currently, Guangxi For lightweight aggregate concrete research is just beginning . This thesis is to make ceramic clay lightweight aggregate coarse mechanical properties of concrete slabs were tested. Research papers from four aspects : lightweight aggregate concrete slab flexural capacity , crack resistance , serviceability limit state crack width and deflection calculations . Experimental results suggest that , in Nanning City Fumin saving insulation ceramic products plant for the production of ceramic coarse aggregate lightweight concrete slab, its force performance and ordinary reinforced concrete slab did not make any difference, can be used in engineering practice . This paper also presents ceramic concrete construction should pay attention to the issue for construction of reference .
