To learn conservation tillage has successful experience in the vast arid agricultural region, Shandong Province, the actual production and cropping patterns, conservation tillage Experimental Study; artificial sets of sowing corn low productivity, poor quality planting design the corn fertilization sets sowing machine and modified small four-wheel tractor mechanization to sets of sowing corn trials. In traditional farming, two tillage wheat, corn growth status and yield as well as soil physical condition. 1, under the conditions of conservation tillage, poorer quality of ordinary wheat seed drill sowing wheat field emergence was 9.3% lower than conventional tillage; conservation tillage wheat before winter aerial parts of the growth conditions than traditional farming wheat; due to roots growing conditions are more advantageous, conservation tillage wheat vigorous root growth, widely distributed, and is conducive to the growth of the aerial parts of wheat after winter, occurring on a large scale the spring tillers and secondary roots the young panicle strong differentiation, showing stronger than conventional tillage wheat growth advantage, production increased by about 6%. Modified four-wheel tractor-powered, using the design of the corn fertilization sets the sowing machine sets of sowing corn, not only reduce the labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and sowing good quality maize high germination rate, emergence and tidy. After the wheat harvest, conservation tillage treatment plots subsoiler traveled route, combines ribbon subsoiling soil structure of the actual situation and white to create good conditions for the growth and development of the maize root , and also to promote the growth of the aerial parts of the corn. In leaf area, dry matter accumulation, conservation tillage corn obvious conventional tillage corn production increased about 8 to 14%. 3, showing a different variation of the physical condition of the soil under the two treatments. Wheat fields and conservation tillage, conventional tillage treatments in the plow layer within the plowing effect the soil bulk density is small, but in 20 ~ 30cm soil layer, due to the presence of the plow, soil bulk density, difference 0.09g/cm ~ 3; below the plow, due to the effects of tillage equipment compaction, soil bulk density slightly larger. Corn conservation tillage, subsoiling eliminate compaction affect wheat harvester operations, subsoiling soil bulk density significantly reduced; conventional tillage corn, due to the the wheat harvesters compaction, soil bulk density has been increases, and this effect is more pronounced at the surface. The porosity of the soil can be based on the calculation of soil bulk density and soil proportion. Conservation tillage, soil porosity with depth decreases, the change is more gentle, compared the two results, subsoiling significantly increased soil porosity. Under conventional tillage, soil porosity formed in 20 ~ 30cm plow at a minimum value, in the surface soil the wheat harvesters compaction caused the porosity significantly reduced, both processing compared to conservation tillage pore degrees compared to conventional tillage. The variation of soil moisture in the upper soil layer of 0 ~ 17cm high water content of traditional farming, deep soil, the high water content of conservation tillage, and in terms of the whole soil (0 ~ 50cm), protection tillage with higher water content. 4 more mechanical operations, conservation tillage production efficiency than traditional farming, and reduced labor intensity. Mechanized sets of sowing corn, increased corn production and the degree of mechanization. Yuan Yanli wheat conservation tillage agricultural production, due to the cancellation of a number of high energy consumption and unnecessary operating items (for example, the annual plowing), and reduce the total energy consumption of the corn interplanted mechanized conservation tillage trials. Compared with conventional tillage, conservation tillage increased the economic benefits 58.52he667m '. Conservation Tillage better eco-efficiency, straw mulch can reduce wind and water erosion of soil; coverage and subsoiling can increase amount of disabilities soil water storage, improve crop water use efficiency, drought mitigation hazards: conservation tillage can also increase soil organic matter content and improve soil quality.
